    Student Visa
    Hello,

I am currently a college student. I came to the USA when I was 3 years old and first came on a Visitor Visa. Then I was a dependent under my dad's E-2 business visa. When we filed for an extension, it got denied 2 years back so I was required to get an F-1 Visa in order to study further. I attended elementary-high school here in the USA. However, I will have trouble when I apply to medical school because they consider me as an international student as well as my high school. I am currently living in Texas and some of my friends who are not citizens/permanent residents still qualify for in state tuition and considered a domestic student because of graduating from high school in Texas. I was wondering if there is any way I can be considered an domestic/instate tuition at my college or in the future in medical school. Also, what are the options for me in order to get a green card or citizenship in the future?

Both E-2 and F-1 are non-immigrant visas, so you are still in international sutdent category.

Options for GC: You must fit in one... either family, employment, asylum, Green card Lotto.
