When I wipe from coming from the restroom I see blood. Not period. Wat is this??

Forgive me for being flippant, but what this is would be your body telling you that you need to visit a doctor. It could, very literally, be anything as minor as a paper cut from the toilet paper to something internal. Better to go and pay for a visit to find that it's something foolish rather than ignore it and discover that it was something truly nasty...
