The blower will not start everything on compressor side is working just the blower not. Was told that could probably set the motor to run continuous but not sure how to do that

Most failure to start or run is due to a bad capacitor. They overheat and fail. Cheap and easy to replace, $20 or so DIY. Typically located on the air handler motor case. Get from an HVAC supply store and make sure to bring the old one with you. Some are round, some rectangular with 2-4 wires. Need to check other things too but I would replace the capacitor first. Could be a bad motor or board. Make sure you are getting voltage to the capacitor but be careful, they generate high voltage. You can set fan to run continuously from the thermostat but still need the capacitor to start and possibly run, depending on model.
