Okay so my boyfriend and I were dry humping yesterday, he ejaculated on my leggings and it went through near my vagina. But I quickly changed my underwear and went to wash off with soap and water. Im scared of getting pregnant, please help!!

The odds are very tiny, but increase the closer to the vagina the sperm get.
Obviously this isn't something that gets studied in a lab very easily, so statistics are kept by what people report, and that is not reliable.
The life of a sperm can be up to 3 days, and if course, it wiggles in it's attempt to get into the vagina and up a fallopian tube.
So not too likely in your case.
BUT I hope you are sufficiently concerned about birth control now. Why worry?

From outside? Sure. Even plain water. From inside? Not as easy. It has to be fast and thorough, because of all the warm folds inside your vagina for sperm to hide in.
All it takes is one little microscopic sperm to escape...
