A week and 2 days ago I developed swelling & redness in both my feet to the point it was very painful to walk. I also had extreme swelling, redness & pain in my right thumb. I developed red, itchy hives all over my body. I was given a steroid shot 5 days ago, which calmed the symptoms but now it is all coming back. Prior to each outbreak I had a sore throat & swollen tonsils/glands for one day. The right side first then the left. I'm very unsure on what to do. I currently do not have health insurance as I started a new job.

I have received a Kenolog injection 40mg/mL 1cc
Benadryl 25mg 1-2 tab Q4-6*
Zyrtec 10mg 1tab QD
Hydrocortisone Cream 1%
I have not been exposed to any new foods or environmental allergies that I am aware of. I do have mild seasonal allergies.
The hives start as small red, itchy, irregular circles/lines and expand to 8-10" welts. They become hard and are warm to the touch.
