Underperforming during pregnancy and bully boss
1,5 year I was the best performer in our project and now Im 5 month pregnant and boss literally expecting me to do the same amount of work. Its impossible at my stage although Ive never went to complain to him nor I made any dramas. Just received email stating reasons he is calling for (performance evaluation program). It is clealry personal issue as the reasons are so silly i.e: coming to work late 10 minutes (finished duty at midnight and resume back at 06:30) I believe it is reasonable being late for being pregnant and do such shifts. Also not completing required number of customer feedback forms (operationwise I have improved operations of lifeguards, cleaners, organising events, records of consumables, tracking in and out deliveries, records and reconciled consumables) and yes I didn't have time to do customer feedback forms. Many other examples, and on top of that he keeps on saying no one can do anything to him. And HR manager is on his shoulder. So he kind of scares us all. I need an advice can I request for an official investigation as I work in one of the biggest org in the world. Can I meet his senior and request for another HR representative and how to do it officially. 11 years of experience but 1st time in this not so good situation.
