Hey guys.. I love having long nails but my nails never last they break off and I hate it my nails break and some how they don't look really nice.. what should I do?

I use to have that same problem intill I ask the nail sallon what it means is thet your nails are to weak to make them strong you need to take vitiams and eat lots of veges and fruit
