I have a whirlpool washer that will spin only when I turn the drum by hand,in the direction to the left. It's like it gets stuck. The model # islsq9110pwo. What could possiably be the problem? Any help would be greatly appericated.

I have a whirlpool washer model # lsq9110pw0. It does not want ot spin. If I turn the drum by hand to the left to get it unstuck it will then spin out the clothes. What could be the problem? The tub is hard to turn. Is there any place that I can spray WD40 to free the tub. Any help would be greatly appericated. Thas!! 1
