My last regular period was January and now its almost June. February I spotted a very little bit for a day missed the next month. I took a few home pregnancy tests that were negative and decided to see an Obgyn doctor. The doctor ordered a blood test on pregnancy and thyroid results were negative. My breasts have been very sore and I notice my nipples turning white. Not sure what is causing my missed periods and soreness but I'll take any feedback. Is there a specific issue I should discuss with a doctor?

Your hormones might just be out of sync. Are you on birth control pills or Hormone Replacement Therapy? Your doctor can order blood tests to see if your hormones are the problem.

No I'm not on birth control and no stress more than usual. That's why I was a little flustered when I started this problems.
