What do I have to do to get having a felony count as being discriminated against
I want to know what it would take to get this looked into. I have a felony it's non violent. It's for possession. How can this not be discrimination. I am well qualified for the jobs I am applying to but yet they say they are looking for someone more qualified. I worked for a certain brown company that delivers packages for ten years, US ARMY 4 years and I can't even get a job as a dish washer at Mc Donalds, Chilies, Fridays, Taco Bell any where. They lie on their own app. By saying it won't disqualify you but it does. So I have filled out over 200 applications and yet no one hires me. Who do I need to talk to to get this changed? Or that they can't look 5 years back what about two. I'm just suppose to be jobless and homeless for 5 to 7 years?

Sorry but convicted felons are not a protected class. For discrimination to exist, the discrimination has to be because of age, sex, race and, in some cases, disability.

    Hello hall:

Unfortunately, the landscape is littered with the corpses of the drug war, and you're one of 'em. If it's any comfort, there are MILLIONS of you..

What state? You might be able to apply for a governor's pardon.
If a federal conviction, you apply at the federal court where you were convicted.
    'Littered with corpses' well said.
