OK so about three weeks ago I started spotting and it hasn't been every single day that I was spotting today I still am spotting. I went to the doctors and they said I am pregnant and 4 weeks into my pregnancy. Yes they can tell you are pregnant that early at planned parenthood. I am not having any cramping or anything just the normal yes you are pregnant signs like lower back pain and breast tenderness. I asked the doctor and they said it could be impending miscarriage? Any one else in this situation? Am I having a miscarriage? Or am I going too?

It is believed that there are countless unrecorded early miscarriages, because the embryo is basically unnoticeable and passes out with the menstrual blood, sometimes without any unusual signs, sometimes with extra blood and tissue.
Other than that - it is impossible to say or to predict what will happen next.
