I have to do research paper for social intelligence class and my DR ask us to look at a topic and this email what she said to us (Select a common relational/interpersonal challenge that leaders often face in their professional lives. Based on a combination of scholarly research and leadership/communication resources, create a professional development project that provides solutions and strategies for this challenge. The project should be strongly tied to research and trends in leadership as well as to your chosen career field. )
So, I looked for a topic but I do not Know if it is okay or not, I have so far this topic (the impact of emotional intelligence on leadership )

All of the topics I suggested can focus on the attitudes and behavior of the manager/leader, but also examine the role of the employee. Or discuss the symbiotic (and adversarial) nature of their relationship.

Millennials don't understand confrontation. Their parents always sought to please them and make life comfy. When the boss corrects them at work, the Millennial runs crying to the washroom or feels like his day has been ruined. Of course, Millennials bring all sorts of new energy to the workplace, and that can be included in the paper too. There's lots to research about Millennials in the office.
