What makes a happy worker happy?

Do emotions have a place in the office?

Millennials struggle with confrontation at work

    Whatever happened to workplace accountability?

All of the topics I suggested can focus on the attitudes and behavior of the manager/leader, but also examine the role of the employee. Or discuss the symbiotic (and adversarial) nature of their relationship.

Millennials don't understand confrontation. Their parents always sought to please them and make life comfy. When the boss corrects them at work, the Millennial runs crying to the washroom or feels like his day has been ruined. There is a whole new learning curve for managers on how to handle Millennials in the workplace. Here's one article that explains -- How to Work With Millennials: 5 Steps - wikiHow

Of course, Millennials bring all sorts of new energy to the workplace, and that can be included in the paper too. There's lots to research about Millennials in the office.

I have to ask what level is this for, since only you know the field of management you are interested in, the instructions also mentioned that.

But I have to hope and assume you have been study all semester these issues, and should already understand.

You said, you did not know if yours were good??

Tell us yours and let us discuss them
