Insert two bolts into the tapped holes on the rotor, tighten them down, and the rotor should come off. Use PB Blaster, if necessary, around the hub. A 24 oz. ball pein hammer should work, if all else fails.

A great rust buster that you can make at home and will work EVERY TIME will loosen this thing up. Mix a 1/2 cup of transmission fluid with !/2 cup of Acetone (be CAREFUL--THIS IS HIGHLY FLAMMABLE) and get in in on the hub as best as you can (you can't use a plastic spray bottle because the Acetone will melt it). Saturate it and let it sit. Tap around the rotor several times. Keep applying the mixture and tapping all around the face of the rotor. It will come loose.
