If I have a credit card judgement against me that my X forged my name as a co-signer, can I get the judgement released?

Was this from the time you were married? If so then it may still fall upon you to pay the debt as with community property the debt is also part of it.
You may have to charge your ex with forgery and have her convicted to vacate the judgment.
If OP was sued, and the suit resulted in a judgment, the proper time to take legal action to avoid the supposed debt was when the suit was pending. Assuming OP was properly sued with process, and the case subsequently went to judgment, it is probably too late now to claim that OP doesn't owe it, because of supposed forgerty or whatever other defense OP may have had.
I didn't say that having her charged with forgery would work, put it's the only possibility I see.
