I got two letters in the mail one stating I had a misdemeanor for criminal tresspass and one for violating a plea agreement both had court dates. I was told there might also be pending theft charges , if there is how long can they be pending before they charge me with it or don't? Its been two weeks since I was told there might be but haven't received anything.
