My boyfriend had his probation transferred from Colorado to New Mexico. When he got to NM Hobbs decided to send his probation back to Colorado. After his countless tries to speak to the p.o officer. Colorado issued a warrant for him & said he was Mia... Well he got arrested in nm and is now being held for extradition back to Colorado. I need to know how long Colorado has to pick him up before nm can release him?
