    Glacier bay parts
I have a Glacier Bay model FBFA000050469 kitchen faucet that has begun leaking at the cold water faucet and the swivel spigot. Where can I obtain an assembly/instruction sheet showing and identifying the O-rings & other seals needed so that I may acquire them and fix the leaks ?

Three and one half years ago (Nov 09) I purchased and installed a Glacier Bay pull out spout kitchen faucet for a customer. Two days ago she called and said that the spout would not turn. I first verified that the spout would not turn. I purchased a new Glacier Bay faucet with pull out spout, same model number.
On the box of the new faucet "Limited Life Time Warranty" tag. The number 1-877-527-0313 for warranty claims. Fortunately I still had the sales receipt from Nov 09.

I call the number. A very pleasant young lady, after checking with the parts department, told me that there were not replacement parts for that model and that model (based on the SCU) had been discontinued. She told me to return the old faucet (3 /12 years old) and gave me a conformation number from the parts department in case the store had any problem.

Just returned the old faucet, no problem.

It is true that Glacier Bay (and Hampton Bay) items are junk. But give credit where credit is due. Home Depot stood behind its warranty, no hassle, no fuss and not an unpleasant experience.
