I have big family problems with my adult children,I can't sort it out and I really need help badly.

Since you are a senior citizen, the first place I would check is your local senior center. Another source would be your primary care physician.

It is not something we can do to recommend someone since a) we don't know where you are and b) it would be inappropriate for us to do so. But we can suggest resources you can use.

I'm glad you used our advice to seek counseling, I think it will help you.
