I have had a sore throat on the left side for about a week. There is a large sore on my left tonsil and yesterday my left ear began to hurt. I have not had a fever. Should I be concerned?

There's really no way to diagnose online. It could be a cold, it could be an inner ear infection, it could be something serious.
