I just had my mirena removed six days ago and the first two days I had very light spotting and then ot stopped and I haven't had a bleeding since. I have been.extremely tired these past few days, eating a little.more than.normal and get nauseas after I eat my nipples are slightly sore. Could this mean I'm.pregnant
