Don't worry about your English... Your English seems very good :)

As far as I know, most of the whitening pills seems to have Glutathione in it... but when I read some scientific papers, I saw that Glutathione is a big molecule (composed of 3 different aminoacids.. hence, when you take it as a pill, during digestion it is broken down to those three amino acids).
Hence, in the papers I have come across, they were stating that taking Glutathione orally does not help much increasing the cellular Glutathione...

So, I advice you to do your research well first before spending your money. You might want to discuss these with your doctor... I am sure he/she will inform you better.
