How to file a motion in Georgia to stop a case from going to superior court
I want to stop a case from being transferred from GA State court to Superior court. What type of motion must I file?

Who has control of the suit and why are you wanting to keep it from the higher courts?

I have reviewed the Georgia statues, and while they say that the Superior Court can review decisions of the state courts in each county, I don't believe they say how. I would review the court civil or appellate rules, but I don't find them. That is what you would look for.
