I'm 29 years old and suffering from right lower abdominal pain with white discharge usually after 10-12 days of mensturation.

White discharge can be different things - lumpy usually means yeast and is treatable with OTC products, or stringy and gluey usually is just a normal menstrual discharge often mid-month.
Pain lower right can be related or not - anything from appendicitis to a cyst to middleschmertz (mid-month ovulation pain common to many women, and not a disease). If you get the pain once a month, it could be that.
