Yea I know this sounds gross but I have acney on my back I want to know how to get rid of it

I know how you feel. When I was younger I had tonz of acne on my back and my chest. Then moved to my face, nothing worked for me. But now I think the only thing that really has worked is warm water. Try to rinse it once or twice a day and tap dry with a CLEAN cloth. Don't use regular body soap, I would just recommend water but if you want soap, try Nutragena Oil-Free soap. Hope this Helps!! Try going to your dermatologist and ask about accutane

Here is a suggestion from one of the beauty/health sites of Cosmopolitan:

"Use a salicylic-acid spiked body wash on a loofah mitt. We like Benefit Bionic Blast, $22. Suggest he also pick up a zit-zapping body spray, so you don't have to dab acne cream on his blemishes (eww). A great one: Clinique Acne Solutions Body Treatment Spray, $19.50."

When in doubt, it is always best to consult a dermatologist who can prescribe something like Retin or another treatment plan.
