If you were asked this question in an interview how will you respond

It depends on the job, of course.

Imagine you get a team leader post in a customer service in a financial instiution. How would you respond.

I would write two sentences about providing an environment of caring about your fellow workers while maintaining the discipline and recording keeping required. Asking how people are, their families, is there anything you can help them do to get to work on time, etc, while doing so in a professional manner.
I would write one suggestion for changing something in the department - if you can think of something. 40+ years ago I made a simple suggestion about sorting paperwork that saved a lot of time.
