I'm 9 months pregnant my baby father hasn't been in the picture what so ever recently he wants to be in the baby life because she is about to he born.. He has send my text message saying he wants to end his life and that he is drinking every day. I don't want him to pay child support or have visitation rights just because he is not stable... My question is this enough proff to have his visitation right be taken away?

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. It depends on other factors and what he says in court, if he appears. He may get his life together for the child, who knows at this point.
He can always go back to court and apply again, over time. Courts are reluctant to deny a parent.

How old are the both of you ?

I'm 24 and he is 26

He doesn't have any visitation rights until, after the baby is born, he goes to court and gets a judge to award him visitation.. Would text messages demonstrating suicidal thoughts and a pattern of daily drinking be enough to deny visitation? Possibly, but not necessarily.

His instability is not a good reason for you to forego seeking a child support award. You do realize that CS and visitation are not connected? If you do seek CS, that will not affect his chances of getting visitation.

I don't need him to pay child support.. I am more then capable to support my child that's why I am not seeking child support from him. The baby will be born in less then one month and I just want to know the procedure of how he him not being able to get visitation right because this is not the only thing he has done to me. I had to deal with emotional abuse and some physical abuse from him as well during our 3 year relationship. I don't have proof of the physical abuse due to his parents not wanting to testify against him

The "procedure" is this:

Tell him that he is not to come around. The "ball is in his court" should he desire a visitation award. He would have to go to court, prove he is the father, and get the court to award him visitation.
