I jumped off a 13.5HP Briggs Intek engine (on a Simplicity brush cutter). Upon connecting the booster box, I heard a sizzle and smoke came from under the flywheel area Now, the engine will NOT start (it was prior to the smoking). What did I fry and is it hard to replace? My engine is: 21B977 0120 E1. Thanks for any help!
