Is still atlantic international university not a legitimate university? I enrolled for bachelor of science in agriculture I paid half way but kept on changing charges, what can I do about it

It is a legal school, it is just not accredited by the US Department of Education.
You can change credit cards, so they can not get any more money and you can contest the charges on your credit card
