I believe it is from the late 90 early 2000. I remember parts. It was basically about a group of guy friends who rent an rv to go to a sports game. After the game late at night they take a wrong turn and I think the rv breaks down. They start being hunted by a gang, and are running through the projects. Anyone remember? :/
