    Hi,
    I want to know that Is there any way to find that whether I had my period this month or not as I didn't remember that did I had not , and also I am not pregnant. I have tested it.

    No. There's no test that will tell you if you had your period or not. It's something that you, as a menstruating (notice the spelling) female, have to keep track of, especially if you're sexually active.

    Just want to add, a test for pregnancy that's negative, doesn't mean you're not pregnant. Testing too soon can cause a false negative (if you don't know when you had your last period it's entirely possible you tested too soon), a faulty test can cause a false negative, human error can cause a false negative (did you test with first morning urine?) so many possibilities.

    If you're sexually active, not getting a period, don't rule out pregnancy yet.

    If you do not know, how would anyone else, if you live with someone, they may remember wrappers in the trash, but no,

    Also most pregnancy tests do not show positive till at least two weeks after a missed period. Some women even longer. So that can not be ruled out either
