When trying to inflate bed... remote goes crazy only on right side of bed control... help us we need sleepy

Sorry no one answered, but I guess no one seeing this has ever had a remote go crazy on a bed. Did you fix it yet? Did you try inflating manually, without the remote, if that is possible? And what exactly does 'go crazy' mean?
