Am 4 days late and I started spotting for 2 days already and I my breast hurts and sometimes I have cramping like if I'm in my period but I don't know what it could mean may I be pregnant? Or am I stared to get my period?

My girlfriend is going through the same thing. Took a pregnancy test. And she is pregnant. I suggest u take a test.
