Also, your story doesn't make a lot of sense. You told the ex that he wasn't the dad, but the ex had the child while you went away, now this "la" has photos of the ex with your child and want to remove the child from your care because of it. Why? What's wrong with the ex, presumably the father of this child, that would cause the child to be removed from your care simply because the father had the child for a few days?

We need more info, and clearer info, in order to offer advice.

I didn't leave the baby with him he was at the london eye were I was he used to be a drug user but is clean now he looked well but the socail servis don't want him near him but I couldn't help being in the same place at the same time he hasn't done a dna yet but is trying 2 get a solictor as the final hearing is in the beginning of June

So you went on a four day trip, and met up with him? Is that the case? Then this "la" (still don't know what that is) took pictures of him with his baby? Now they're taking the child from you because the child was with this man, the babies father, and the only reason he's not allowed near the child is because of his past drug use and drug dealing?

What about you? Anything in your past that would make CPS keep such a close eye on you?

Here is what I'm reading - the OP is the mother. There is a history involving some type of abuse or neglect. She and the child are not to be in contact with the boyfriend/father.

Whether she lied about paternity appears irrelevant at this time. The order is to keep her/the child away from him/the father.

She went on a trip and the boyfriend/father was where she went. She could not avoid him. Some from the Court/Child Protective Services saw her near him/with him. She was reported for having this contact (which the Court - or someone - said is prohibited).

She can now lose her child due to this contact and wants to know if a Judge can, in fact, "take" her child from her.

Am I close?
