OK my periods are irregular but for a week now I've been nauseas dizzy having headache and spotting started yesterday I took several test all were negative could I be pregnant and if so did I test to early?

Have you had sex? If so, then there is always a possibility that you're pregnant... we can't tell you for sure one way or the other.

You might have tested too early. Normally you need to miss a period and then test a few weeks after that.
