I have been engaged for 6 years and mostly long distance. I moved 5 times to be with him and always would return to my family in CO. I was literally driving to be with him forever and half way he sent a text to tell me to turn around because he couldn't do it. I am here now almost 2 weeks and he will not talk to me

Sounds like he hit the panic button but really there's not enough to go on as far as the background goes.

You moved to be with him 5 times in 6 years, but left each time, and THIS time was going to be the one time you stayed with him 'forever?'
Come on, no one believes that, especially not him.
Hound dogging someone is bad enough. Being 'engaged' for 6 years is bad enough too.
There is no such thing as 'the one' if it's just you feeling that way. It takes two.

Show some integrity, and also admit to yourself that you would have just run home again, and turn your car around - and find someone else, after you get to know yourself better.
