It's really your choice. No one can diagnose online, not even a doctor. If this is a concern for you, it's your decision to take the necessary steps, be that a trip to your doctor or the ER. If you're not concerned, you have to make that choice as well.

If it were me I'd see a doctor, but that 's my choice. You have to figure out yours.

If you could wait 3 days, I would wait for doctor.

First 2 days, it should have been ice, not heat,
Heat after 2nd day.

Also increase potassium in the diet

Of course I have to wonder where you get muscle relaxers and you have not been to the doctor

Get it checked out . Could be a sprain or just cramp. Could be blood clot . Please get it checked

What is a tinage unit? Do you mean TENS? Where did you get it?
