I have a really bad pain in my throat and when I breathe, swallow, cough, sneeze or make a sudden move It goes sharply to my chest and in my stomach.

Sounds like a good time to go to your doctor or emergency care facility
It can be one of a 100 things, no one can tell you what it is over internet

Please don't diagnose on this site, that's against the rules of this site. Pneumonia is possible, but you aren't clear that this is just a possibility, and that you're only guessing.

The suggestion to go to the doctor is the only legitimate answer.
