    Led strips
    Looking at using 12v led strips.

    Wondering if you can use a battery with less voltage and what effects will it have.

    So for best effect need a 12v?
    Also with a less powerful battery say 9v will it be dimmer and not last as long as a 12v battery or will it just be dimmer
