What can I do to make my vaginal and labia pain go away?
I need help!! My problem has been going on for over a year. I am a 21 year old female. It all started with over masturbating. I did that got a yeast infection. Got that cleared up. Then I stupidly did it again and the same thing happened. I did this a couple more times but then stopped when it didn't get better about 6 months later. Now I have this awful cycle where everything gets red, feels like its burning, it clears up a lurker but then I get a yeast infection. I take stuff to clear up the yeast infection, it clears up but then everything gets red and extremely painful Asian.I stripped masturbating all together but this problem still persists. I have bad allergic reactions to things I'm not that allergic to, my nails became terribly frail, I've had several tests come back negative, I keep getting sick. I'm on calcium and a multivitamin, and my nails and getting sick and allergies have gotten better. When I get my period everything gets better. And lots of diahrea.

Did part of a sentence get lost there - you are Asian?
I can only guess a wild guess that you might have a chronic candida infection as well as dietary problems that aren't being solved with just vitamins and minerals.
Yeast infections are a sign of an unbalanced pH.
Brittle nails are a sign of lack of protein in the diet, but it can also be other things.
Consider a naturopath, a doctor who believes in maintaining general health through natural means, but who also understands that certain conditions need more.
Unbalanced pH and lacks in diet can go hand in hand.

http://www.candidamd.com/candida/symptoms.html is one site to consider. Keep in mind that there is a lot of controversy about candida (a yeast) and a lot of quackery around it.
