Allergic reaction to bee sting, extremely swollen foot
I got stung on my foot by a honey bee yesterday, iced it for half an hour and took some benadryl. I have also been putting anti-inflamatory ointment Traumeel on my foot but I cannot get any relief. It hurts so bad to walk because of the swelling, and it's taking me every ounce of will power not to scratch. Any suggestions on how to get the swelling to go down? Epsom salt? I don't have time to go to the doctor since I am in the middle of exams and papers. Help please!

Keep icing when swelling is still present, and take Benedryl. Get some cortisone spray for itching. Baking soda paste when you can sit with bare feet. Keep off your foot as much as possible. Wear a slipper when you have to go out, padded with foam rubber or even bubble wrap cut to fit in the slipper.
