I went to court in 2004, I was young and inexperienced in life, The courts sided with the apartment owner seeing as I hadn't paid rent in 2 months of living there. After losing my job and room mate taking off, I did not have the means. I take responsibility and would like to start paying it off if I could. There isn't much to dispute, I do not know how to start the process though, I need direction.
