    Rear Suspension Noise..?.
We have a 2008 Jeep Compass and to date Replaced , tie rods , control arms, strut mounts, and a shock... The Rear Suspension is Noisy at lower speeds especially on tight turns and turning intersections... Believe me I'm no fan of Sealed Units as I'd be lobbing the grease to any joint that had a grease nipple... Any Ideas or Suggestions... Thanks

Try torquing all fasteners to spec. Mechanics often over-tighten or under-tighten fasteners, especially those using air tools. Did you replace the bushings, where appropriate?

Lateral sway bar links are notorious for making noise. So they were replaced and torqued to spec? If the noise persists, try replacing the sway bar mounts with those manufactured by Energy Suspension. Be sure to properly lubricate them. Use a Vernier Caliper to measure the diameter of the sway bar, before ordering.

Truthfully, Your line " Be sure to Properly Lubricate them ".. says it all... All this Sealed Unit , Greaseless Fittings, Whooie on That... There was a time After Market Replacement Joints came with a smallThreaded Bolt you could remove and replace with a Nipple...

You mentioned you only replaced One shock? They should be changed in pairs. Everything I read in you post refers to front end parts not rear except for the shock. Rubber bushings get noisy when old and can be when new also. DO NOT PUT ant petroleum based lubricants on rubber bushings!! It destroys them. Use a spray Silicone lubricant.
