I live in SC. I am currently separated from my spouse. I went to pick up our 3children from my former home that he and I shared and was assaulted. I was assaulted in front of my kids. I had a huge bruise on my stomach. I have pics. I didn't call Law enforcement. Can I use this in the divorce and how will it affect property division if any. SC is a community property state. I want money not time in jail for him.

You need to report this to the authorities. Why wouldn't you do that? If there is a police report, you have a better chance of using it in court instead of hearsay.
NEVER let anyone get away with any type of physical altercation.
