    You might also want to contact your hospital. Sometimes they have an education department, that rents out movies on birth, breastfeeding, etc.

    Most ante natal classes will show them. But be warend, if you are pregnant you might not want to watch, they can be quiute traumatic. When I was expecting my son I watched one for the first time and it made me feel ill, it was horrific. It was ridiculous as I had already had two babies naturally! It terrified the life out of me though!

    You can search the internet and find lots, I watched quiet a few just searching and it scared me Sh*tless but labour wasn't that bad for me... to be quiet honest I was half asleep while pushing my son out
