    Coughing with bleeding nose
    I have been coughing real bad that my ribs hurt after a while I'll get a bloody nose my eyes are puff and my nose is runny

    No should I I've gotten three nose bleeds today with the coughing

    Coughing should not cause nose bleeds. You need to see a doctor.
