Im 24 and I've had abnormal periods for instance,when I was 10 and got my period for the first time it lasted four months and it was heavy,it regulated over time and haven't had an issue since... well last month when I got my period it was very heavy the first day and by the third day gone,I let a week go by just in case it starts again to douche... for the past two weeks I've been getting abdominal pain and today I'm somewhat spotting but when I wipe and look in the toilet its like sand... should I be worried?could I be pregnant? Also six months ago I was positive of precancerous cells in the cervix

What did they do for you six months ago?

Oh, and never douche unless given a medicated douche by a doctor. It upsets the natural pH of your vaginal system.

They did a freezing which I have to go next month for a pap smear...

You need to talk to your doctor next month and tell him/her your concerns. Until that time treat yourself as if you are pregnant. Take prenatal vitamins, avoid alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Get plenty of rest and eat healthy.

Well I got somewhat of a period but it lasted two days,was very light also... Im still having some abdominal pain... My appt with my gyno is on the fourth,should I wait until then to see her or should I go asap?

You can wait. There is no reason to go sooner.

Sorry I haven't gotten back sooner but when I went on the 4th I'm not pregnant but she felt like a fibroid I got an ultra sound done and today I got the results,I have a 1cm dermoid on my right ovary.I have to go back in 3 months to see if it grew
