Today I have been spotting for my fourth day. I never spot. My periods are always regular. I still have a week until my regular period. What could be causing this? There really isn't a chance that I am pregnant unless I conceived just a week ago which normally you can't get implantation bleeding this soon. Any ideas on what this could be from?

'Always regular' is almost always eventually broken. You just can't tell much from spotting. Some women spot at times mid-cycle. You could be pregnant regardless of spotting. We don't know and no one can know online.
