    Child protection
Child protection has had 3 complaints in regarding my family. How do I get a court order to find out who is making these accusations of my family?

You probably can't. There are whistle blower laws that can protect the people. However, if it comes to a court trial you have the right to face your accuser.

What has been the result of the 3 complaints? Have they been proven unfounded? In that case, you might file an harassment suit and get a subpoena to find out who is making the accusations.

Do you have copies of the investigations and the results. If not I'd get them. The next time they show up, show them that you have already been investigated and the cases dropped. Tell them that if they continue to harass you, you will pursue legal remedies.
