Hi, well my ex has take two years to take me to court to see his son, he is now 2. We were told by the judge the visits will be every Saturday 2-4. He has recently cancelled 5 visits. Which makes that 5 weeks running. He is constantly txting me making me upset as he is blaming it all on me, saying I don't let him see him I never turn up etc. When he is the one who has cancelled! I just wanted to know what you think the judge will say about the 5 weeks when we go back to court in June.

Can you prove, he is the one cancelling? Can you prove you have had your son ready for pickup at every Saturday at 2?

Yes I have his text messages that he has sent cancelling. Also had the print outs from my mobile phone provider so I have the proof on paper. He doesn't pick him up. We've only started the contact. I meet him in a kids indoor play area.

OK, So you take pictures of you with the child in the play area. Make sure you include a picture of the facility clock and some other proof of date. Maybe signed note from the facility manager that you were there at x date and time.
