2002 chevy venture is dead,no headlights,won't even click when I turn the key.slight buzzing sound coming out of the glass part of the dash when I open the door.

You likely need a new battery.

Definitely sounds like a bad battery. One thing it may be but doubt it, worth a check though,, really bad battery connections.
